Are you between 18-24 years old? Do you have what it takes to be a female leader? If you are a talented young woman committed to empowering vulnerable girls in Tanzania and want to pursue a career in development we are currently recruiting for volunteers for our exciting new project known as Mabinti Tushike Hatamu (Girls let be leaders) to be implemented in the regions of Mbeya, Iringaand Dar es Salaam

WHO WE ARE?

We are the youth-led development agency proving that from the village right through to the policy level that young people are an asset to growth and development in Tanzania

WE ARE RECRUITING -WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

We recruit and professionally train young people to run our programmes at community level, and are led by a team of young staff and board members who demonstrate together that young people can lead accountable development efforts. Our big goals are:
1.Sexual Reproductive Health: Young people are engaging in safe sexual and reproductive practices that leads to healthy lives
2.Civic Participation: Young people are significant contributors to development processes in Tanzania leading to policies and practices that are beneficial to young people and their communities
3.Livelihoods:Young people are taking up productive livelihoods and employment opportunities that contribute to household incomes.As a volunteer you can help us to deliver our goals.
